Frequently Asked Questions
How do I book you for an event?
For our Event Design and/or Production Services, we'll start with a phone call to talk through your needs and make sure we are a good fit. For Event Design clients, we'll send over a contract with our design fee based on your scope. Once you've secured our services, we start the design process on your event.
For Entertainment or any of our Integrated Services, you'll start by filling out a simple inquiry form, from there we'll provide a proposal showing options of what's available for your event.
For all of our event, availability is guaranteed with a signed contract and non-refundable 50% reservation fee (with final balance due 2 weeks before event). Due to the complexities of all the services we offer, we unfortunately aren't able to hold a date or offer right of first refusal.
If I'm hiring you for just entertainment, what else do I need to provide?
Great question! We'll need basic hospitality needs like parking validations/reimbursements, vendor meals for all our cast & crew, and a climate controlled dressing room. (size varies per event).
Then, your proposal will include specific needs in the tech rider section for the entertainment you've selected. Please keep an eye out for staging, lighting and sound needs there (if we are not providing them also!)
Do you travel?
Absolutely! We're based in Seattle, but do events worldwide. Some of our props and equipment are best for local events in the Washington, Oregon and Idaho region, but we have options for air travel.
